Skin Cam Clinic uses Australia Post to deliver our products. We use standard shipping - delivery 3-5 days within Australia.
All products are dispatched within 1-2 business days when purchased.
International shipping is not available.

Returns
If you are a new customer to Skin Cam Clinic and you never used any of our products I strongly recommend contacting us at info@skincam.com.au before purchasing any products. This is to make sure the product is right for your skin goals and needs
Returns due to Reaction
It is important to always use products as directed on the label or instructed by your skin therapist. If you choose a product that does not suit your skin and you haven’t had consultation prior and wish to return it, a handling and restocking fee may apply up to 50% of the value of the item. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product to us.
If your skin becomes irritated and/or shows signs of an allergic reaction within 24 hours, please stop using the product immediately and contact us at info@skincam.com.au
It is important to notify me immediately if any reaction occurs and provide proof (photos will suffice). Once we receive the product back, we will process the refund or supply replacement if applicable
Damaged or Incorrect products
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect product for a refund or replacement to apply. If the product has been evidently used -refund or replacement does not apply
We will require a photo as proof of the damage or incorrect product, proof of purchase so that we can assess and authorise the return. Once we receive the damaged or incorrect product, we will process the refund or supply replacement if applicable.
Change Of Mind
Products returned must be in 'as-new' condition. This means you have not opened or used the product, the packaging is intact and not damaged. If the product has been used return will NOT be accepted.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt for a change of mind refund or replacement to apply. We do not accept change of mind returns after 24 hours and for sale items.
It will be your responsibility to organise all the shipping and pay for the charges, both to return the original product and to ship the new product to you if applicable. When returning the change of mind product Signature on Delivery is required as we will not be responsible for missing items.
Once we receive the change of mind product, we will process the refund or supply replacement if applicable.
