A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all new patients when scheduling their first appointment.
No online booking is confirmed until the deposit has successfully been paid
The deposit is non-refundable during ALL circumstances
The deposit amount will be deducted from the total consultation fee during your visit or kept on your account to secure future appointments
We value each of our clients and their time, should you cancel or reschedule your appointment- we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Booking amendments or cancellations made after the 48 hour period will result in the deposit being forfeited
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person and must be in your own name
If you wish to transfer your deposit to another date, you must do so before the 48-hour mark otherwise it will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required
You may reschedule your appointment once, if you need to reschedule again you will need to pay a new booking fee

Please be advised that by cancelling or not showing up to your appointment will result in you forfeiting your booking fee and further charges may apply. No show appointments will be charged 100% of remaining balance
Any no-show or late cancellations for slots that exceeds 60 minutes will be charged as a double booking
Repeat no-show’s will be banned from booking again via the booking system

We ask our clients to allow ample travel time to ensure they arrive at their appointments promptly.
If you are late, your treatment time may be reduced to ensure other clients appointments don't fall behind
Running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in your treatment being automatically canceled and the $50 booking deposit to be forfeited as a late fee
In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited

All skincare purchases are final. Products cannot be exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind. If you have experienced any adverse responses to the products, contact our team at info@skincam.com.au to discuss further options

All discounted treatment packages require an upfront payment and treatment credit will be stored on the client's account
All package sales are final and cannot be refunded due to change of mind. Credit cannot be utilised for skincare purchases, however can be exchanged for other treatments if deemed necessary by your therapist.
Packages are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

Due to salon policies, no babies or children are to attend your appointment. Please note we are operating out of a shared space and this allows for staff and client comfort and safety.

Skin Cam Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason
Rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated
Do not attend your appointment if you are unwell, if you arrive unwell you will be refused service and further costs will apply

If you would like to use Afterpay for your service, please ensure you have an Afterpay account and mobile app that is set up and ready to go prior to arriving at your appointment
